Account Registration

Eligibility and age verification

  • Legal age. You may only create an Account and use the Website if you are at least 18 years old or older than the minimum legal gambling age in your country of residence, whichever is higher. We may request evidence of your age at any time and may suspend or close your Account if satisfactory proof is not provided.
  • Location and jurisdiction. You may not register or use the Website if you are resident in, located in, or accessing the Website from a Prohibited jurisdiction. In particular, the Website is not intended for, and must not be used by, persons located in the United Kingdom, where the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
  • Legal capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.

Account creation and verification (KYC)

  • Registration process. To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing at least your full name, date of birth, residential address, country of residence, email address, and a secure password. You must verify your email address by following the instructions sent to you.
  • KYC documentation. In order to comply with Belgian and other applicable laws, we may require you to provide documents such as a copy of your identity document (passport or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), source of funds or wealth information, and any other documents we reasonably request.
  • Electronic checks. Where permitted by law, we may carry out electronic age and identity verification checks using third-party providers. By registering, you authorise us to use such services for the purposes of KYC, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Account activation. We may restrict deposits, Bets, or withdrawals until our KYC checks are completed. If we cannot complete verification within a reasonable period, or if we have concerns about fraud, misuse, or legal risk, we may suspend or close your Account and, where required by law, retain or return funds.

User obligations

  • Accuracy of information. You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout your relationship with us is true, accurate, and complete, and you must promptly update it if it changes. We may request updated documentation at any time.
  • Password and security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity on your Account. You must not disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Single account rule. You may only hold one Account with the Operator in relation to the Website. Multiple or duplicate accounts (including linked accounts under different names or emails) are strictly prohibited and may be closed, with Bonuses cancelled and, in cases of fraud, winnings forfeited.
  • Responsible use. You must use the Website only for personal entertainment, not for professional gambling, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose. If you feel your gambling is causing harm, you should cease play and seek support from organisations such as BeGambleAware or equivalent services in your jurisdiction.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets and game rules

  • Game information. Before placing a Bet, you must familiarise yourself with the rules of the relevant Game, including pay tables, special features, and minimum/maximum stakes. Each Game may have its own specific rules provided within the Game interface by the relevant software provider.
  • Bet acceptance. A Bet is considered accepted when it is confirmed by our servers and appears in your Game or Account history. If there is a failure before confirmation (for example, due to a technical interruption), the Bet may not be accepted and, in that case, shall be treated as not having been placed.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes. Each Game may impose minimum and maximum stakes. You must not attempt to place Bets outside these limits. We may also set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits and may adjust them at our discretion, subject to prior notice where practicable.
  • Game outcomes. Outcomes of Games are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or other mechanisms certified for fairness in accordance with Belgian regulatory standards. The results recorded on our servers shall be final and binding.

Cancellation, errors, and malfunctions

  • Player-initiated cancellation. Once a Bet has been confirmed, you generally cannot cancel or change it. For certain Games or in specific circumstances, we may allow cancellation at our sole discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so.
  • Obvious errors ("palpable errors"). If a Bet is accepted at odds, stakes, or pay-outs that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, we may declare the Bet void and adjust your balance accordingly. In such cases, our decision will be based on the correct odds or stakes that should reasonably have applied.
  • Malfunctions and interruptions. In the event of a system or Game malfunction, we may void affected Bets and restore your balance to the state before the malfunction. Bets placed after a malfunction but before it is corrected may be invalid. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for failures caused by your hardware, internet connection, or third-party services.

Conduct in games and chats

  • Respectful behaviour. You must behave respectfully in any live casino, multiplayer Game, or chat function associated with the Website. Insults, harassment, threats, discriminatory or hateful language, and any form of abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion. You must not engage in cheating, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated systems, exploitation of software bugs, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent or unfair strategies. We may suspend or close Accounts and withhold funds where we reasonably suspect such behaviour.
  • Integrity of the platform. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or Games, including by attacking our servers, reverse-engineering software, or bypassing security measures.
  • Responsible gambling tools. Where available, you should use responsible gambling tools (such as deposit limits, session reminders, or self-exclusion) offered on the Website to manage your play. Self-exclusion, once activated, will remain in force for at least the minimum period indicated on the Website and generally until you actively request lifting in accordance with applicable law.

Bonus Terms

General bonus conditions

  • Disclosure of terms. Each Bonus or Promotion will be governed by these general Bonus Terms and any specific conditions presented with the offer ("Bonus Specific Terms"). In case of conflict, the Bonus Specific Terms prevail.
  • Eligibility. Bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be limited to certain players, countries, currencies, or time periods. We may refuse, limit, or withdraw any Bonus if we suspect misuse, if you reside in a Prohibited jurisdiction (including the UK), or for regulatory reasons.
  • Activation. To activate a Bonus, you may need to opt in, enter a bonus code, or make a qualifying deposit. The method of activation and the deadline for claiming will be stated in the relevant offer. Bonuses not claimed within the stated period will lapse automatically.

Wagering requirements and bonus play

  • Wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Specific Terms, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. You must stake the required amount on eligible Games before the Bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
  • Game contribution. Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all). The contribution rates and any excluded Games will be specified in the Bonus Specific Terms or on the Website.
  • Time limits. Bonuses and related wagering requirements must usually be completed within a specified period (for example, within 7, 14, or 30 days from activation, as stated in the Bonus Specific Terms). Any remaining Bonus funds or winnings associated with an expired Bonus may be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met within the applicable period and, in any event, no later than 31 December 2026 unless explicitly extended.
  • Order of funds. When you place a Bet while a Bonus is active, we may deduct Bets either from your real-money balance first or from your Bonus funds, as stated in the Bonus rules for the specific promotion.

Prohibited bonus practices and combining promotions

  • Bonus abuse. The following practices are typically considered Bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of Bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, and/or Account closure: (a) opening multiple Accounts; (b) placing large Bets or changing bet patterns only after a win or near completion of wagering; (c) using low-risk or hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements; (d) colluding with other players to exploit Bonuses; or (e) misrepresenting your identity or jurisdiction.
  • Prohibited games or actions. Certain Games or bet types may be excluded from Bonus play or may be subject to maximum Bet limits while a Bonus is active. These restrictions will be outlined in the Bonus Specific Terms or in the Bonus rules section of the Website. Playing excluded Games or exceeding maximum Bet limits may result in loss of the Bonus and related winnings.
  • Combining promotions. Unless explicitly allowed, you may not combine multiple Bonuses or Promotions at the same time. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account, and participation in one Promotion may disqualify you from another overlapping Promotion. We may cancel or adjust Bonuses where they are inadvertently applied together.
  • Discretionary decisions. Our decisions regarding Bonus allocation, settlement, and forfeiture are final, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction. We will act reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law when exercising our discretion.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods. Subject to availability in your jurisdiction, you may deposit funds into your Account using payment instruments such as bank cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and, where clearly indicated and permitted by law, other methods (including potentially digital or crypto-assets). The methods currently available are displayed in the cashier section of the Website.
  • Ownership of payment instruments. You may only use payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party cards, wallets, or accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension, reversal of transactions, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Currency and fees. We may specify one or more currencies in which you can hold your Account balance. Currency conversion fees, bank charges, or fees imposed by payment providers are your responsibility. We may charge reasonable processing fees for certain deposit or withdrawal methods, as disclosed in the cashier section.
  • Anti-money laundering (AML). Deposits must originate from legitimate sources and must not be used for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. We may request additional documentation regarding the source of funds and may suspend or reject deposits until satisfactory information is provided.

Withdrawals

  • Verification prior to withdrawal. We may require completion of KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include verifying your identity, address, and payment instruments. Where verification is not completed, we may delay or refuse withdrawals in accordance with applicable law.
  • Withdrawal methods. Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same method you used to deposit. Where this is not feasible, we may select an alternative method reasonably acceptable to you. We do not guarantee availability of any particular method at all times.
  • Processing times. We aim to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within a few business days), but actual times may vary depending on KYC requirements, security checks, and payment provider processing. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
  • Limits. We may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week, or month. These limits will be disclosed on the Website or in the cashier section. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments where permitted by applicable law and our licence conditions.

Refunds, chargebacks, and bonus-related funds

  • Refunds of deposits and Bets. We are generally under no obligation to refund deposits or Bets that have already been placed and settled. In exceptional circumstances (for example, clear technical errors or duplicate transactions), we may consider a refund at our discretion, subject to AML and regulatory requirements.
  • Chargebacks. You must not initiate chargebacks or similar reversals without our prior agreement. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate Account suspension, recovery of amounts owed, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Bonus funds and winnings. Withdrawals of funds associated with Bonuses are subject to the relevant wagering requirements and other conditions, as outlined in the Bonus Terms. If these conditions are not met within the applicable time limits (and, in any case, by no later than 31 December 2026 unless explicitly extended), Bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited.
  • No FSCS protection for UK users. Funds deposited with the Operator are not protected by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or any equivalent UK deposit protection regime. The regulation of the Operator falls under the Belgian Gaming Commission, not the UK Gambling Commission.

Limitation of Liability

Our obligations and service standard

  • Fairness and integrity. We are committed to operating the Website fairly, transparently, and in accordance with Belgian regulatory requirements. Games are provided using certified RNGs or other approved mechanisms, and we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and integrity of Game outcomes and account balances.
  • Accuracy of information. We strive to ensure that information on the Website (including rules, pay tables, and promotional details) is accurate and up to date. However, minor errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Exclusions of liability

  • Technical failures and interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, or failures in the Website's operation caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, hardware or software malfunctions, attacks on our systems, or failures of third-party service providers.
  • User equipment and connection. You are responsible for the proper functioning of your own hardware, software, and internet connection. We are not liable for any inability to place Bets or use the Website due to your equipment, configuration, or connectivity.
  • Third-party content. The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties and you access them at your own risk.
  • Non-UK regulation. As we are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, we are not subject to UK-specific regulatory obligations, and you do not benefit from UK-specific protections such as IBAS dispute resolution or FSCS coverage. By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept this regulatory position.

Limitation of compensation

  • Limit on damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single Bet, Game, or event shall be limited to the amount of the Bet or stake placed by you in respect of that Bet, Game, or event, or the amount actually lost by you as a direct result of our breach, whichever is lower.
  • Exclusion of indirect loss. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under the laws applicable to you.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content and software

  • Our IP. All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, designs, interfaces, software code, databases, audio-visual content, and any other materials, are owned by us or licensed to us by third parties and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Third-party providers. Certain Games, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Website belong to third-party software providers or other licensors. Your use of such content is strictly limited to accessing and playing the Games on the Website in accordance with these Terms.

Permitted and prohibited uses

  • Limited licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for your private entertainment and strictly in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited acts. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without our prior written consent and, where applicable, the consent of relevant third-party rights holders.
  • No rights transferred. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Website or any content or software used in connection with it, other than the limited licence explicitly granted above.

Privacy & Data Protection

General principles

  • Data controller. In relation to personal data that we collect from you through the Website, Tonalty Amusement N.V. acts as the data controller and processes such data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where relevant, UK data protection legislation.
  • Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time and made available on the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
  • Purpose of processing. We process your personal data for purposes including account administration, KYC and AML checks, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, responsible gambling measures, and legal compliance.
  • Rights and choices. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to certain processing and the right to data portability. Details of how to exercise these rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Updating these Terms

  • Right to amend. We may amend, update, or replace these Terms from time to time for reasons including changes in law or regulation, changes to our services or business practices, or for security or technical reasons.
  • Notification of changes. Where we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, for example by email (if you have provided one), by a message in your Account, or by a prominent notice on the Website. The updated Terms will state the new effective date, which will not be earlier than the date of publication, unless required by law.
  • Continued use as acceptance. Your continued use of the Website after the new Terms become effective will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Website and, where applicable, close your Account and request withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in accordance with these Terms.

Termination & Suspension

Our right to suspend or close your Account

  • Grounds for action. We may suspend or close your Account, and/or restrict your access to the Website, at any time where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms or any Game or Bonus rules; (b) you are underage or have provided false or misleading information; (c) you are located in a Prohibited jurisdiction (including the United Kingdom); (d) your Account has been involved in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other unlawful activity; or (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
  • Investigation. We may suspend your Account while we investigate any suspected breach or risk. During suspension, you may be prevented from placing Bets, receiving Bonuses, or making withdrawals. We will act reasonably and aim to complete investigations within a practical time frame.
  • Notice. Where lawful and practicable, we will notify you of any suspension or closure and the reasons for it, using the contact details associated with your Account. We may withhold details where disclosure would prejudice an investigation or conflict with legal requirements.

Consequences of termination

  • Balances on closure. Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or by us), we will, subject to applicable law and any regulatory or AML obligations, pay out any remaining real-money balance to you using a method reasonably determined by us. Bonus funds and uncompleted Bonuses will usually be cancelled and forfeited.
  • Investigation outcomes. If our investigation confirms serious breach, fraud, or unlawful activity, we may void Bets, forfeit winnings, and retain or return funds in accordance with applicable law and regulatory obligations. Where appropriate, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.
  • Dormant and inactive accounts. If your Account remains inactive for an extended period, we may treat it as dormant in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law. We may attempt to contact you before taking any action. Details of dormant account treatment will be described on the Website or in our policies.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law

  • Primary governing law. These Terms and your relationship with the Operator in relation to the Website are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
  • No UK regulatory oversight. The Operator is licensed and regulated by the Belgian Gaming Commission under licence number B+3971. The Operator is not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and UK-specific regulatory rules, complaints procedures, and financial protections (including IBAS and FSCS) do not apply to your use of the Website.

Dispute resolution

  • Internal complaints process. If you have a complaint regarding the Website, you should first contact our customer support using the contact methods set out in these Terms and on the Website. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable time.
  • External dispute mechanisms. As we are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, your dispute will not be handled by UK-approved ADR entities such as IBAS. Where required or permitted by Belgian law, we may engage with recognised Belgian or EU dispute resolution bodies, details of which will be provided to you where applicable.
  • Court jurisdiction. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium. Nothing in this clause limits your right, where applicable law so provides, to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence.

User responsibility for legality

  • Local law compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Website is lawful under the laws of your country or territory. If you are located in the United Kingdom or any other Prohibited jurisdiction, you must not use the Website or place Bets.
